Elton at single-seat scale - the chair that makes any small corner feel warm.

A softened square body, arms cut from one piece with the back and sweeping down towards the front to leave the whole seat open. Velvet catches the light along the nap, so the curves of the form read clearly under evening lamplight.

Slim black metal legs hold the chair off the floor, which keeps a thick-bodied chair standing lightly in a small room. Put it by a window, at the foot of the bed, or in the corner of a study.

Important Notes

  • Product images and colors may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or production batches.
  • Dark-colored fabrics may transfer color slightly onto light-colored clothing or walls in some usage conditions.
  • When placing a sofa with dark-colored fabric, customers should leave a small gap between the sofa and the wall to reduce the risk of color transfer.
  • As Sochiu products are handcrafted, dimensions may vary slightly within approximately ±3cm depending on the measuring method, especially for upholstered products with natural padding volume.
  • For made-to-order products, Sochiu will follow the technical drawing or customer-provided information as closely as possible.
  • If a product is made based only on reference images and customer-provided measurements, the finished product may differ from the illustration.
  • Handmade upholstered products may have natural variations such as minor size differences, slightly uneven stitching, or fabric wrinkles at joining areas.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free delivery in Hanoi for orders over 5,000,000 VND.
  • Delivery fees in Hanoi include carrying and installation via elevator or stairs up to 2 floors.
  • For other provinces and cities, Sochiu supports 50% of the delivery fee.
  • Some provincial deliveries may only be delivered to the building lobby. Please inform Sochiu in advance if you need support bringing the product upstairs so that any additional fee can be confirmed.
  • Additional fees may apply in cases such as no elevator access, stairs above 2 floors, narrow entrances, crane/lift requirements, or redelivery at the customer’s request.
  • Sochiu does not buy back used sofas or old furniture. If customers need support moving or disposing of old furniture to a designated location, please inform Sochiu in advance so the carrier can be arranged if possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Hanoi, northern and central provinces: around 10-15 days for sofas and 20-25 days for wooden furniture from the order date.
  • Other provinces and cities: around 15-20 days for sofas and 25-30 days for wooden furniture from the order date.
  • Delivery time may vary because products are handcrafted to order and may be affected by production schedules, weather, holidays, or carrier arrangements.
  • If the order is urgent, please inform Sochiu in advance so production can be prioritized where possible.
  • In Hanoi, customers may choose a delivery date, except Mondays and public holidays. For other provinces and cities, the delivery date depends on the carrier’s schedule.
  • A fixed delivery time cannot be selected. After the delivery date is confirmed, customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time frame.
  • If customers need to change a scheduled delivery date, please inform Sochiu at least 3 days in advance for Hanoi orders and 7 days in advance for provincial orders.

Order Changes / Cancellation Policy

  • Made-to-order furniture is produced according to each order’s selected color, design, material, size, and production requirements.
  • Production starts 3 days after payment is completed.
  • Free cancellation applies if the customer cancels on the same day of placing the order, before midnight of the deposit date.
  • A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value applies if cancellation is requested within 3 days after payment and before production starts.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value applies once production has started and before delivery.
  • For cancellation after delivery, the fee may include 50% of the total order value, two-way delivery fees, and packaging fees.
  • For cash or bank transfer payments, refunds are processed within 3 days after order cancellation.
  • For card payments, refunds usually take 7-10 days after cancellation is confirmed in the system and by the card issuer. Card processing fees collected by third parties are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

  • Sofa wooden frames are covered for 3 years against breakage or deformation under normal usage conditions.
  • Foam cushions and springs are covered for 2 years against sagging, loss of shape, or loss of elasticity.
  • Leather/fabric surfaces are covered for 2 years against discoloration, blistering, or cracking under normal usage conditions.
  • Loose stitching or accessory issues such as zippers, legs, adjustable headrests, or electric mechanisms are supported for 1 year.
  • Damage caused by users, pets, chemicals, improper use, unauthorized modification, or incorrect storage conditions is not covered under the free warranty policy.

Sofa Care Guide

  • Clean spills immediately with a dry white cloth. Gently blot instead of rubbing strongly.
  • For deeper stains, use a damp cloth that has been wrung dry, then wipe again with a dry cloth and let the fabric dry naturally.
  • Vacuum regularly to remove dust.
  • Do not use sharp objects, bleach, or strong cleaning chemicals on the sofa surface.
  • Do not wring strongly or use high-heat dryers. Let the fabric dry naturally in the shade.
